Please be a responsible citizen and take advantage of the free composing site at the Taber Landfill site and compost your leaves and garden waste.
The site is located just before the weigh scales on the right side. All composting material is accepted – but you must empty your bags.
The Village will pay the tipping fees on unbaggable household garbage that is taken to the Taber Transfer Station through October 31, 2015. Be certain to sort your garbage as instructed or you may be fined.
The following waste is not included: construction, large tree removal, commercial. You will be required to give your name and Village street address for ID.
